Jeffrey Mziray My career in Real Estate started as an Agent in 2006. Between 2006 and today I have had the opportunity to work with clients from many walks of life and sell over one hundred million dollars in property. I have also worked in many differing capacities within the Real Estate space including gaining proficiency in residential transactions, commercial transactions, land development, land severances and project management / development of digital Real Estate products.

I am passionate about creating new, and innovative customer focused products within the Real Estate space. I look forward to continuously bringing new products to the market that assist information hungry consumers during their search and building platforms that aid agents in lead generation / managing their businesses.

Kevin Sharpe Kevin bought his first condo in 2007 and never looked back.

After completing his Master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in the area of finance, Kevin went on to complete his Bachelor of Laws degree with an interest in property law. The knowledge and insight gained from these professional degrees assists Kevin in providing his clients with a unique understanding of both the legal and financial processes and procedures surrounding a real estate transaction.

In 2012, Kevin founded GDS Holdings Inc. The company provides customized real estate solutions to sophisticated investors via intimate market knowledge of the Ottawa and Windsor real estate markets. The company currently holds a portfolio of 7 properties with a number of investors, and is set to expand further at a significant pace.

Whether you are a first time buyer or an experienced investor, Kevin understands the trials and tribulations associated with any real estate transaction, which can only come from years of experience building a personal portfolio.
