Leasing Evaluation of property including estimate of potential income Placement of appropriate marketing of the property Fielding prospective tenant enquiries Showing property to prospective tenants Screen applications including credit checks and contacting previous landlords Inspect and document property prior to occupancy Arrange trades if and when necessary Coordinate tenant move in Outgoing inspection of property

Property Management Collecting and recording all income Provide "trust accounting" procedures Pay expenses Provide monthly financial statements Coordinate all tenant matters Provide 24 hour emergency contact for clients and tenants Arrange repairs and maintenance in accordance with client instructions Hire and supervise resident manger(s) when applicable Coordinate building, ground maintenance and contractual services Non-resident submissions Purchase of equipment and supplies, as necessary Arrange insurance at preferred rates
